You need: "L.O.V.E." PTU Tagger Size Scrapkit by Tinas Magical Scrap World which you can purchase at Twilight Scraps, a sexy tube plus close up, I am using the gorgeous artwork of Ismael Rac which you can purchase at XeracxStore and Collab Template 15 by Pooker and Denny HERE

1. Open template in PSP, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, delete layer credit info, image resize 700px, resize all layers checked, image - canvas size Width 700px, Height 550px, Placement Center

2. Open TMW_LOVE_SeedBeads2.png, resize 50%, rotate left, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/2 #000000, arrange layer, send to bottom

3. Highlight blackcircle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open TMW_LOVE_Paper1.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 65), fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow, repeat all those steps with ltgreycircle, ltpinkcircle1 and greycircle1

4. Highlight drk grey circle2, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open TMW_LOVE_Paper5.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 65), fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow, repeat all those steps with ltpink circle2, black strip, Raster 5 and grey strip

5. Highlight small oval, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open TMW_LOVE_Paper11.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight pinkcircle2, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, paste paper as new layer again, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight heart, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open TMW_LOVE_Paper12.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, adjust, add noise 25, Uniform and Monochrome checked, add Dropshadow

6. Highlight white vertical strip, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, paste light paper as new layer again, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight Dotted Recatngle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open TMW_LOVE_Paper13.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow

7. Highlight orange vertical strip, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open TMW_LOVE_Paper3.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 85), fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow, repeat step with lt pink rectangle

8. Highlight larger black rectangle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open TMW_LOVE_Paper9.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, move the paper a bit to the left, so the heart is in the center, promote selection to layer, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight small black rectangle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, highlight paper layer, select invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow

9. Highlight narrow strips, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open TMW_LOVE_Paper13.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight white rounded rectangle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open TMW_LOVE_Paper11.jpg again, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, open your close up,copy and paste as new layer, fit into selection as you like, press delete, select none, set blend mode to Luminance (L), duplicate layer, set blend mode to Screen and opacity to 50, highlight lower tube layer, merge down, highlight top tube layer, merge down, add Dropshadow

10. Highlight top layer, open TMW_LOVE_Butterfly1.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 35 degrees right, sharpen, move it up to the left, add Dropshadow, open TMW_LOVE_Banner.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, add Dropshadow

11. Open TMW_LOVE_Teddy.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open TMW_LOVE_HeartCandle.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, open TMW_LOVE_Muffin.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, place it next to the Candle, add Dropshadow, open TMW_LOVE_Rings.png, resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, place it in front of the Muffin and the Candle, add Dropshadow

12. Image, Canvas Size, Width 700px, Height 600px, Placement Up, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/10 #000000, open TMW_LOVE_Sparkle.png, copy and paste as new layer

Tutorial "Winter Magic"

You need: "Winter Love" PTU Scrapkit by Designs by Sarah which you can purchase at PimpMyTagsWithScraps, a matching Christmas tube and close up, I am using the adorable artwork of Ismael Rac which you can purchase at XeracX Store, mask Vix_Mask3Christmas2010 by Vix here and filter Richard Rosenman - Scanlines

1. Open mask in PSP, open a new transparent canvas 700x700px, select all, open sb_pmt_winter-love_pp5.jpg, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers, new masklayer, from image, load mask, source luminance checked, merge group, open sb_pmt_winter-love_print 2.png, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 1/1/35/4 #000000, Shadow on new layer checked, highlight winter-love_print layer, select all, selection float, selection defloat, highlight Dropshadow layer, press delete 3x, select none, highlight layer above Dropshadow layer again, merge down

2. Open sb_pmt_winter-love_snow.png, resize 95%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, image flip, move it up (Position x 25/Position y 35), duplicate layer, image flip, merge down, open sb_pmt_winter-love_frame 1.png, resize 625px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow, Shadow on new layer not checked

3. Selection, custom selection, Top 120/Left 120/Bottom 580/Right 580, highlight layer below the frame, open sb_pmt_winter-love_pp6.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, open sb_pmt_winter-love_pp10.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, press delete, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 45px, on the red paper press delete, select none

4. Selection, custom selection, Top 120/Left 316/Bottom 580/Right 387, paste red paper as new layer again, selection invert, press delete, select none, duplicate layer (red stripe), free rotate 90 degrees right (rotate single layer... checked), merge all the red parts, press Strg X, Strg L, delete the empty layer, add Dropshadow to red paper layer

5. Highlight top layer (frame), with the magic wand tool click into the small frame up left, highlight white paper layer, open your close up, copy and paste as new layer, fit into the selection, selection invert, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, move it down into the frame down right, highlight frame again, with the magic wand tool click into the small frame up right, highlight white paper layer, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, fit into the selection as you like, selection invert, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, move it down into the frame down left, merge all the tube layers, duplicate layer, set the blend mode of the top tube layer to screen, merge down, merge down (with the white paper layer), filters, Richard Rosenman - Scanlines 2/1/-25/0/0

6. Highlight top layer, open sb_pmt_winter-love_snowflakes 1.png, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow (Shadow on new layer checked), highlight snowflakes layer again, select all, selection float, selection defloat, highlight shadow layer, press delete 3x, select none, highlight snowflakes layer, merge down

7. Open sb_pmt_winter-love_branch 5.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, image flip, move it up to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge both branches, add Dropshadow (Shadow on new layer not checked), open sb_pmt_winter-love_pinecone.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_winter-love_bells.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, add Dropshadow, merge bells, pinecones and branches to one element now

8. Open sb_pmt_winter-love_branch 1.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, image flip, free rotate 90 degrees left, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_winter-love_bird.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, place it onto the branch, add Dropshadow

9. Open sb_pmt_winter-love_gem snowflake 2.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer 3x, place them somewhere on your tag, arrange them under the frame layer, add Dropshadow to all snowflakes

10. Highlight top layer again, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow

You need: "Naughty Elves" PTU Scrapkit by Designs by Sarah which you can purchase at PimpMyTagsWithScraps, a matching Christmas tube and close up, I am using the adorable artwork of Ismael Rac which you can purchase at XeracX Store, mask32 by Erica here and filter L en K landksiteofwonders - Zitah

1. Open mask in PSP, open a new transparent canvas 700x700px, select all, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_pp1.jpg, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers, new masklayer, from image, load mask, source luminance checked, merge group, add Dropshadow 1/1/35/5 #000000

2. Open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_frame3.png, resize 600px, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate layer, on the lower frame, image, free rotate 20 degrees left, highlight top frame again, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_frame4.png, resize 600px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow

3. With magic wand tool click into the frame, selection, modify, expand 10px, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_pp3.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection, invert, press delete, arrange layer, move down, don't deselect but leave inverted, open your close up, copy and paste as new layer (5 times) and place them into the selection as you like, when you are satisfied, highlight all the tube layers and press delete to remove the parts outside the selection, select none, highlight top tube layer, merge down and repeat until all tube layers are merged, stay on the tube layer, draw a big rectangular selection around the frame, selection invert, press delete, select none

4. Set the blend mode of your tube layer to Luminance (L), duplicate layer, blend mode to screen, adjust, blur, gaussian blur 4, make masklayer and all frame layers invisible, highlight paper layer, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection invert, on both tube layers press delete, select none, merge visible, duplicate layer, filter, L en K landksiteofwonders - L en K's Zitah, all settings as they are but Control 2 - 10, set the opacity of this layer to 30, make all layers visible again but stay on the upper tube layer

5. Open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_snow.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, add Dropshadow -1/1/35/5 #000000, highlight top layer, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_branch.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_santa bag.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right corner of the frame, place it in front of the branch, add Dropshadow

6. Open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_bow3.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right and place it on the right side of the bag, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_ornament1.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, image, free rotate 60 degrees left, move it down, place it in front of the bag, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_hat.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move down, add Dropshadow

7. Open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_flower1.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_button2.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, move it exactly into the center of the flower, add Dropshadow, merge down, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_snowflake2.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it exactly into the center of the button, add Dropshadow, merge down, open sb_pmt_naughty-elves_felt1.png, resize 7%, copy and paste as new layer, move it exactly into the center of the snowflake, add Dropshadow, merge down, from these four elements we have one element now, move it to the left and a little up, duplicate layer, move it up to the right corner of the frame

8. Open your tube now, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow

1. Open mask in PSP, open a new transparent canvas 700x700px, select all, open p10.png, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers, new masklayer, from image, load FallFlingMask, source luminance checked, merge group, add Dropshadow 1/1/10/1 #000000, open sparkles2.png, resize 700px, copy and paste as new layer, effects, image effects, offset 0/150 custom and wrap checked, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, highlight group layer, select all, selection float, selection defloat, highlight sparkle layer, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/2 #000000

2. Open roses.png, copy and paste as new layer, effects, image effects, offset -115/0 custom and wrap checked, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/2 #000000, open bench.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it a bit down, add Dropshadow, open pumpkin patch.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, actually it should be on its right place now, otherwise place it exactly on the bench, add Dropshadow

3. Open bird.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it a little up and a little to the left and place it on the back of the bench, add Dropshadow, open butterfly.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, place it on one of the leaves, duplicate layer, image mirror, move it a little down and place on a leave on the other side, add Dropshadow to both

4. Open leaves.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, add Dropshadow to both, open scarecrow.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right, add Dropshadow, open pumpkins.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow

5. Open fawn.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, if you are using the same tube than I you just have to move it a very little bit to the right, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/8 #000000

1. Open template in PSP, with Shift D make a copy, delete layer credit, open glitter.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection, custom selection Top 300/Left 0/Bottom 600/Right 700, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/1 #000000, arrange layer, send to bottom

2. Highlight SpiderWebRight, merge down (with SpiderWebLeft), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #fa8514 (press 3 times), select none, adjust, add noise 50, Uniform and Monochrome checked, add Dropshadow

3. Switch off the visibility of Quadrant1, Quadrant2, Quadrant3 and Quadrant4 or delete these four layers and make layer Elipse visible, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open p7.png, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow

4. Highlight ThinRectangle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #000000, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight DottedLine, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #fa8514 (press 3 times), select none, adjust, add noise, add Dropshadow

Highlight Rectangle1, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #fa8514, select none, adjust, add noise, add Dropshadow, highlight Rectangle2, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #000000, select none, highlight 2Rectangles, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open p8.png, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), fill selection with pattern, select none, highlight Pixelfont2, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #fa8514 (press 3 times), select none, add Dropshadow

6. Open roses.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right and a little up, duplicate layer, image mirror, add Dropshadow to both, open sign.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left and a little down, add Dropshadow, open candyapple.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down and place it on the right side of the sign, add Dropshadow, open spider2.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, image flip, image, free rotate 55 degrees right, move it down to the left, next to the candyapple, add Dropshadow

7. Open moon.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it a little to the right and a little down (look at my tag), open cat.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it a little to the right and a little down, place it in front of the moon, open ribbon3.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, add Dropshadow

8. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/10 #000000, duplicate tube layer, on duplicated layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur 2, set blend mode to screen, opacity to 50

2. Open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_splatter 1.png, copy and paste as new layer, effects, image effects, offset -150/0 Custom and Wrap checked, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 2/2/20/2 #000000, open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_dots.png, resize 85%, rotate right, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow

3. Open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_frame 3.png, rotate left, resize 550px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 2/2/20/2 #000000, with magic wand tool click into the frame, selection, modify, expand 10px, highlight dots layer, open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_pp12.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none

4. Highlight frame layer again, image canvas size 700x700px, placement down, open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_cherry pie 2.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_cherries 1.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, place it on the right side of the pie

5. Open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_recipe card.png, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_word art 2.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer onto the recipe card, place as you wish there, merge visible, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer onto your tag, free rotate 20 degrees left, adjust, sharpness, unsharp mask 2/65/3, move the card up to the left corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_flower 3.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, place at the card, add Dropshadow

6. Open sb_pmt_cherry-pie_apron 1.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees right, unsharp mask, move it to the right and a little down, add Dropshadow

7. Now open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow

2. Highlight Rectangle3, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #000000 (black), select none, adjust, add noise 50, Uniform and Monochrome checked, add Dropshadow

Open a new transparent canvas 700x600px, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-frame 5.png, resize Width 600px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/3 #000000, with magic wand tool click into the frames, selection, modify, expand 10px, add new rasterlayer, arrange, move down, fill with #f795c8, adjust, add noise 25, Uniform and Monochrome checked, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer (3times), fit the parts that you want into the selection, selection invert, press delete on all three tube layers, select none, merge these three tube layers, draw a rectangular selection around the whole frame but tube layer is highlighted, selection invert, press delete, select none, set the blend mode of the tube layer to hard light, duplicate layer, set blend mode to screen, adjust, blur, gaussian blur 5

Open mask in PSP, open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, select all, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-pp12.jpg, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers, new mask layer, from image, load WSL_Mask84, source luminance checked, merge group, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-deco 1.png, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror

2. Open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-frame 4.png, resize Width 500px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/3 #000000, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-frame 8.png, resize Width 500px, copy and paste as new layer, Effects, Image Effects, Offset -30/0 Custom and Wrap checked, this frame should be exactly on the hole of the other frame now, add Dropshadow, merge down so both frames are merged, on frame layer press Strg X, Strg L, with magic wand tool click outside the frame, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 20px, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-pp7.jpg, resize 550px, copy and paste as new layer, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, select none

Highlight top layer, open your tube now, if you are using the same one than I resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move a little up, add Dropshadow, draw a rectangular selection around the lower part of the tube, promote selection to layer, on original tube layer press delete, select none, arrange the promoted layer under the frame layer, remove those parts of the tube (legs) that are outside the frame

You need: "Tropical Tango" PTU Scrapkit by Designs by Sarah which you can purchase at PimpMyScrapsWithTags, a tropical tube, I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which you can purchase at PSP Tubes Emporium, Effect Xero Greyscaler and mask #24 by Witchy'sHeart which you can download here

1. Open mask in PSP, open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, select all, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-pp13.jpg, Effect Xero Greyscaler, Brightness 70, adjust, hue/saturation, colorize 35/255, adjust, Brightness/Contrast 50/0, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers, new masklayer, from image, load WH_Mask24 (source luminance checked), merge group

2. Open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-frame 1.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, effects, image effects, offset -25/0, Dropshadow 1/1/25/3 #000000, with magic wand tool click outside, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 5px, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-pp1.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, arrange layer, move down, move the paper a little down and a little to the right, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-sand.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, place it as you wish, press delete, select none

3. Open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-bottle.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer under the sand layer, highlight top layer, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-coconut.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-shell 1.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down and a little to the left, add Dropshadow

4. Open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-starfish.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left between the coconut and the shell, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-crab.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, place it above the shell, add Dropshadow

5. Now open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-palm fronds 1.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, place it on the left side of the bow, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, move it back to the upper left, look at my preview below for right position, merge both layers, add Dropshadow6. Open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-flowers 1.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it up to the left and place it on the knot of the bow, add Dropshadow, open your tube now, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, move it to the right, add Dropshadow

Highlight BlackRectangle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open p8.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight DottedRectangle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with black, select none, add Dropshadow

4. Highlight CircledSquare, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open p2.png, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 75), fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow

Highlight SmallCircles, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, copy paper p9.png again, paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight stars, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open p8.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight layer Don'tCha, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #ac4293, select none, add Dropshadow

6. Highlight top layer (if it's not highlighted), open discoball.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down and a little to the left (see my preview for position), duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, open now feathers.png, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 35 degrees left, move it up and a little to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer, send to bottom, highlight discoball layer, arrange layer, send to bottom
7. Highlight top layer, open splat.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move down, add Dropshadow, open ticket2.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, place it on the splat, add Dropshadow

8. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, if necessary remove some parts of it, place it where you wish, add Dropshadow

Open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, open window.png, resize 89%, copy and paste as new layer, with magic wand tool click outside, selection invert, modify selection, contract 5px, open p11.png, copy and paste as new layer, arrange, move down, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, open the close-up of your tube, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right and fit it into the selection as you like, press delete, select none, set blend mode to Luminance, add Dropshadow 0/-10/50/20 Shadow on new layer checked, set blend mode of shadow layer to Luminance (L)

2. Highlight top layer, open leaves2.png, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, move it up, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, duplicate layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, merge down, set the opacity to 50, arrange layer, send to bottom

3. Open glitter.png, copy and paste as new layer, image effects, offset 0/150 Custom and Transparent checked, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow1/1/25/4 #000000, Shadow on new layer not checked anymore, open butterflys.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection, custom selection Left 325/Top 0/Right 650/Bottom 650, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, add Dropshadow (this is what we have so far)4. Highlight top layer, open sparkles.png, copy and paste as new layer, image effects, offset 0/-225, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, duplicate layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, merge down

5. Open flowerframe.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right - exact position must be Position X 65/Position Y 141, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, add Dropshadow to both flowerframes, highlight the one that is down right, selection, custom selection Left 355/Top 330/Right 650/Bottom 650, promote selection to layer, highlight the original layer, press delete, don't deselect, highlight now the flowerframe layer up left, selection, edit selection, image mirror, image flip, edit selection, promote selection to layer, highlight the original layer of the flowerframe up left, press delete, select none, the promoted layers stay on top of the tag, arrange the two original flowerframe layers under the red paper layer

5. Highlight top layer, open bow.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, move the duplicated bow a little down, so it looks like one bow, merge down, move it up to the right corner of the frame, add Dropshadow

6. Open cupcake.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open cherries.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, place it in front of the cupcake, add Dropshadow, draw a small selection as you can see on my preview, promote selection to layer, highlight original cherries layer, press delete, select none, arrange promoted layer under the cupcake7. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow

You need: "Avril" PTU Scrapkit by Addictive Pleasures which you can purchase at Dreams-N-Digital, a tube, I use the gorgeous artwork by OrkusArt which you can purchase at PicsForDesign

1. Open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, with shape tool circle draw a circle of approximately 550x550px (foreground off/background black), convert to rasterlayer, press STRG X, STRG L, so it is in the center of the canvas, now select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open p10.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, duplicate circle layer and switch off the visibility of one (we need it later), highlight the one that is visible, selection, custom selection Left 300/Top 0/Right 350/Bottom 650, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow 2/2/20/4 #000000

2. With shape tool circle (foreground black/background off), Line Style Diamond, Width 2, draw now a diamond lined circle which is a little bigger than the other circle, convert to rasterlayer and press STRG X, STRG L again, so it is in the center of the canvas, add Dropshadow, arrange layer, send to bottom

3. With shape tool square draw a square of approximately 435x435px (foreground off/background black), convert to rasterlayer, press STRG X, STRG L, free rotate 45 degrees right, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open p7.png, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow, arrange layer above the circle diamond line layer, delete all empty layers in your tag

4. Highlight top layer, open glitter.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, duplicate layer, move it to the right side, merge down, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer, send to bottom

5. Highlight top layer again, open wire.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 45 degrees left, move it up to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer above glitter layer

6. Highlight top layer, open stars.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, open bow3.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, add Dropshadow, open labels2.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, add Dropshadow

7. Open FLOWER.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open decor.png, free rotate 70 degrees left, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, place it in the center of the flower, add Dropshadow

8. Open your tube now, resize if needed, copy and paste as new layer, place as you wish, add Dropshadow, if you need to remove some parts of it you can take the help of the circle we made invisible - switch on the visibility of it and highlight this layer, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection invert, now set selection setting to Remove and remove these parts of the selection that shall not be deleted from the tube, if everything is fine, highlight tube layer, press delete, then deselect

9. Open string.png, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down to the right to hide what we cut from the tube, with selection tool freehand remove a part of the right side of the string, select none, add Dropshadow

10. Open screw.png, resize 15%, adjust, Hue/Saturation, colorize 0/0, adjust Brightness/Contrast -100/0, copy and paste as new layer, place it on one knot of the string bow, duplicate layer, free rotate 60 degrees right, place it on the other string bow, add Dropshadow to both

Highlight Triangle1, merge down (with Triangle2), merge down (with Triangle3), merge down (with Triangle4), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open p11.png, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 75), fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow

Highlight BlackSquareRight, merge down (with BlackSquareLeft), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open p1.png, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), fill selection with pattern, select none, highlight layer Dotted, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #ab328b, select none, add Dropshadow, fill all word layers with colors of your choice, add noise and Dropshadows there if you want

5. Highlight the CenterSquare layer, open stamp.png, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, resize 75%, image mirror, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection, modify, contract 1px, add new rasterlayer, arrange layer, move down, fill with #ab328b, select none, set the blend mode of the original frame to Luminance, merge visible, adjust - Brightness/Contrast -20/0, copy frame and paste as new layer onto your tag, add Dropshadow

6. With magic wand tool click into the frame, selection, modify, expand 10px, add new rasterlayer, arrange layer, move down, fill selection with #ab328b, open your close up, copy and paste as new layer, fit it into the frame as you like, selection invert, press delete, select none, set Blend Mode to Screen, duplicate layer, set the Blend Mode of the upper layer to Luminance (L), switch of the visibility of all layers besides the two close up layers and the paper layer below them, merge visible, Effects, Richard Rosenman, Scanlines - Spacing 2/Thickness 1/Luma 20/0/0, make all other layers visible again

7. Highlight top layer, open sparkles.png, copy and paste as new layer, place it where you like on the face of the close up, open bow.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 25 degrees left, move it up to the left, add Dropshadow

8. Highlight frame layer, open glitter.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down (Position y 311), with freehand selection tool remove everything you don't want to have there, select none, open lamp.png, resize 50%, copy and paste it as new layer, move it to the left, add Dropshadow, open clock.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open diary.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down to the left too, add Dropshadow

9. Open heartpop.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees right, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, open lips.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow

10. Open your tube now, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, if you are using the same tube than I do, open bag.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer and put the bag into your tube's hand, add Dropshadow

Open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, selection, custom selection Left 90/Top 123/Right 335/Bottom 279, open p2.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, selection invert, edit selection, image mirror, image flip, edit selection, paste p2.png as new layer again, selection invert, press delete, select none, merge down, add Dropshadow 2/2/20/4

2. Shape tool rectangle, background off, foreground #f34778, Line Style Diamond, Width 1, draw a big diamond lined rectangle around the small two rectangles, convert to rasterlayer, add Dropshadow

3. Shape tool circle, background any color, foreground off, draw a circle about 370x370px, convert to rasterlayer, move it down to the left (Position x 13/Position y 225), duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open p4.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow

4. Custom selection, Left 265/Top 103/Right 383/Bottom 547, add new rasterlayer, fill selection with #f34778, select none, Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds - Width 3/Opacity 10, Color White, nothing checked, add Dropshadow

5. Open glitter2.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, arrange layer, send to bottom, add Dropshadow, highlight top layer, open Diamond.png, resize 25%, sharpen, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right corner of the pink rectangle, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, duplicate layer, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow

6. Open frame.png, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, image, rotate left, custom selection Left 0/Top 275/Right 544/Bottom 512 #000000, press delete, select none, image, canvas size, Width 600/Height 600, Placement Center, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, now move your frames that it looks like on my preview, merge visible
7. Resize 500px, copy and paste as new layer, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete frame layer, open p5.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, selection invert, selection, modify, expand 1px, add new rasterlayer, arrange layer, move down, fill selection with #ffffff, select none, adjust, add noise, Uniform and Monochrome checked, noise 50, highlight frame on top, merge down with the white frame layer, add Dropshadow

8. With magic wand tool click into all four frames, selection, modify, expand 10px, open p6.png, copy and paste as new layer, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, open your close up, copy and paste as new layer, move a part of it into one of the frames, press delete, paste your close up as new layer again, move a part of it into another of the frames, press delete, do this until all four frames are filled, select none, merge all close up layers, set the opacity to 70, merge down (with the paper layer), Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds, same settings like above but horizontal checked now

9. Highlight top layer, open decor.png, resize 50%, sharpen, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, move it up, add Dropshadow to both, open lips.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow

10. Open fluffyball.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, duplicate layer, move it a very little bit back to the left, open bunny.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, place it on the fluffyballs, add Dropshadow to the bunny, open balloons.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right, arrange balloon layer under the bunny layer and hide the bow (maybe you have to remove some parts of the bow), add Dropshadow

11. Open your tube now, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed and move her to the left, if you want you can add a Dropshadow, I didn't

Highlight the other frame, with magic wand tool click into it, selection, modify, expand 5px, paste p2.png as new layer again, selection invert, press delete, select none, arrange layer, move down, add Dropshadow to both frames, duplicate glitterhearts layer one the left side, image mirror, arrange layer, move up two times (so it is above the right paper layer), add Dropshadow to both glitterhearts layers

4. Open fluffyheart2.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, Unsharp Mask, move it up to the left corner of the frame, duplicate layer, image mirror, move it back to the left and a little higher than the other fluffyheart, open bunny.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow

5. Open balloons.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left, add Dropshadow and arrange this layer under the bunny layer, duplicate balloons layer, move it up to the right

6. Open fluffyhearts.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down and a little to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down (it looks like a little cloud now where your tube can sit on), arrange this layer under the bunny layer, highlight cloud layer, open bow3.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow

Open your tube now, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place her on the cloud, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/8 #000000

3. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, fit into selection as you wish, press delete, open RR_Mask2.png, resize 65%, image mirror, copy and paste as new layer, move it a little down and place as you wish, press delete, select none

Open a new transparent canvas 400x400px, open CS_comeflywithme_decomatte3.png and CS_comeflywithme_decomatte4.png, resize both 70%, copy CS_comeflywithme_decomatte3.png and paste as new layer, move it up into the left corner of the image, copy CS_comeflywithme_decomatte4.png and paste as new layer, move it down into the left corner of the image, borders of both stamps should be together, duplicate the upper stamp, image mirror, move it down and border to border with the other stamp, duplicate the lower stamp now, image mirror and move it up, border to border with the other stamps, merge visible

2. Open a new tranparent canvas 700x550px, open CS_comeflywithme_frame7.png, resize 500px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/2 #000000, with magic wand tool click into it, selection, modify, expand 10px, open CS_comeflywithme_paper16.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, arrange layer, move down, highlight top layer, go to your image with the decomattes, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow, you can close the other image now

You need: "Midnight Poison" PTU Scrapkit by Addictive Pleasures which you can purchase at Dreams-N-Digital, a "dark" tube, I am using the artwork of zebrush which you can purchase at PicsForDesign, Effects - Mura's Meister Copies and my frame which you can download here

1. Open a new transparent canvas 400x525px, select all, open p7.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, copy, close, open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, paste as new layer, Effects, Mura's Meister Copies - AfterImage (RotateRandom)/Number 10

2. Open my frame (FrameTemplate1.png), resize 90%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 1/1/35/3 #000000, with magic wand tool click into it, selection, modify, expand 7px, open p3.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, arrange layer, move down, stay on paper layer, open wire.png, resize 90%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees right, add Dropshadow

3. Duplicate frame layer, paper layer below and wire layer, switch off the visibility of all other layers (not the duplicated ones), merge visible, make the other layers visible again, arrange merged layer above bottom layer, Effects, Mura's Meister Copies - AfterImage (RotateRandom)/Number 4, repeat again

4. Open swirl.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, arrange layer above bottom layer

5. Highlight top layer, open hangingjewel.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left and a little up, add Dropshadow, open heart3.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, above the jewel, add Dropshadow

6. Open flowers.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, open rose2.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, sharpen, move it to the right and a very little down, arrange layer below the other flower layer, add Dropshadow

7. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow 1/1/35/10 #000000, you can write down your name and/or text now, add copyright information and save your tag as .png or .jpg!

2. Open CS_loveletters_paper1.jpg, resize 475px, copy and paste as new layer, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection, modify, contract 2px, open CS_loveletters_paper9.jpg, resize 482px, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 17px, press delete, selection, modify, contract 2px, highlight CS_loveletters_paper1.jpg (the red one), press delete, select none, highlight top paper layer, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/2 #000000, repeat with -1/-1

3. Open CS_loveletters_paper1.jpg again, resize 425px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/2 #000000, repeat with -1/-1, open CS_loveletters_paper10.jpg, resize 421px, copy and paste as new layer

4. Open CS_loveletters_flowers.png, resize 400px, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left (Position x 5/Position y 5), duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/2 #000000, arrange layer, send to bottom, highlight top layer, open CS_loveletters_banner.png, resize 350px, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, add Dropshadow

5. Open CS_loveletters_bird1.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left side of the banner, add Dropshadow, open CS_loveletters_bird2.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right side of the banner, add Dropshadow

6. Highlight the paper layer that is on top (Paper10), open CS_loveletters_envelope1.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, add Dropshadow, open CS_loveletters_envelope2.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right and a little down, add Dropshadow

7. Open CS_loveletters_flower3.png, CS_loveletters_flower4.png and CS_loveletters_flower5.png, resize all 20%, copy and paste them as new layers and spread them all around, add Dropshadow

Highlight top layer, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow, if you are using the same one than I you can but don't need to remove the hearts

Highlight top layer, open ele61.png, resize 85%, copy and paste as new layer, image flip, move it up to the left corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, open ele5.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right corner of the frame, duplicate layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, image mirror, move it back to the right to the other flower, place the big flower exactly above the other big flower, arrange layer, move down, highlight upper flower, merge down, add Dropshadow

6. 1. Open a new transparent canvas 700x550px, open RR_Glitter.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 65 degrees right, sharpen, move it down to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 5/5/50/5 #ffffff

2. Selection tool, custom selection, Left 50/Top 150/Right 635/Bottom 230, open RR_Paper15.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 5/5/25/5 #000000

3. Open a new transparent canvas 350x350px, flood fill with white, copy and paste as new layer onto your tag, free rotate 45 degrees left, Effects, Image Effects, Offset -95/0 (Custom and Wrap checked), duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open RR_Paper5.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow, arrange layer, move down (under the thin rectangles)

4. Highlight top layer, selection, custom selection, Left 80/Top 125/Right 610/Bottom 415, open RR_Paper18.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, press Strg X, Strg L to be sure that it is exactly in the center of your tag, add Dropshadow 5/5/25/5 #000000, repeat with -5/-5

5. Open RR_Frame4.png, with selection tool rectangle remove the left part of the stamp, copy and paste as new layer, resize Width 112%/Height 95% (aspect ratio and resize all layers not checked), on the frame press select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open RR_Paper4.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 40), fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/2 #000000, repeat with -2/-2

6. With magic wand tool click into the frame, open RR_Paper14.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, arrange layer, move down, highlight top layer, open RR_Wire2.png, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 5/5/25/5 #000000, open RR_Sparkle2.png, copy and paste as new layer

7. Open RR_Staple.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 35 degrees right, move it up to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, maybe you need to move this one a little, merge down, open one of the bottle caps, resize 80%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left, add Dropshadow

8. Before putting more decoration on the tag, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, move it a little to the right, add Dropshadow, every decoration layer added after this should be arranged under the tube

9. Open RR_Star.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right, duplicate layer, resize 75% (resize all layers not checked), image mirror, sharpen, move it down and back to the right, merge down, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow

10. Open RR_Ribbon1.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, Effect, Image Effects, Offset -150/50 (Custom and Wrap checked), duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange this layer under the bottle cap, stay on this layer, open RR_Ribbon2.png, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, free rotate 35degrees left, add Dropshadow

11. Open RR_Bag.png, resize 50%, sharpen, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open RR_Shoes.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, place it next to the bag, add Dropshadow, open RR_Skull3.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up and a little to the left, place it on the rotated square, add Dropshadow, please remember that the tube layer should be the top layer :)

Highlight glitter layer, with your shape tool circle (foreground off/background grey) draw a circle around the text, promote to rasterlayer, as we want it to be exactly in the center of the tag press Strg X, Strg L, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open p10.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 50px, press delete, selection, modify, contract 12px, open p3.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow to both circle layers

3. Open stamp.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow, Effects, Image Effects, Offset -125/65 (Always Custom and Wrap checked), duplicate layer, Effects, Image Effects, Offset 250/0, merge down, duplicate layer, Effects, Image Effects, Offset 0/-130, merge down

4. Highlight top layer, open bemine.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees left, sharpen, move it up to the left, add Dropshadow, open hearts.png, with freehand selection tool select the third heart from the top, copy, select none, paste it as new layer onto your tag, move it to the right and a little up, back to hearts.png, with freehand selection tool select the heart on top, copy, select none, you can close hearts.png now, paste it as new layer onto your tag, move it to the right and a little up, place it below the other heart, add Dropshadow to both

5. Open ribbon.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, add Dropshadow, open ribbon3.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees left, sharpen, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open 3dheart.png, resize 10%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 35 degrees right, sharpen, move it down to the left, place it where the ribbon and the ribbon3 are one above the other, add Dropshadow

6. Open heart.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, sharpen, move it down and a little to the right, add Dropshadow, open bownarrow.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow

Highlight top layer again, open butterfly01_bc_foreveryours.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, free rotate 20 degrees left, sharpen, move it down to the right, place it onto the black heart, add Dropshadow, open butterfly02_bc_foreveryours.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 20 degrees right, sharpen, move it to the right and a little up, add Dropshadow

Open flower2.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, duplicate layer, move it up to the left corner of the frame, open leaves.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right and a little up, add Dropshadow, with freehand selection tool remove these parts of the leaves (stems) that are above the frame

6. Open text.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, add Dropshadow, open your tube now, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place her as you wish, add Dropshadow -1/1/25/7 #000000

5. Open doublehearts.png, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, with selection tool rectangle draw a selection from the top to the middle of the bow, press delete, select none, open bow2.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer on the doublehearts image, place it exactly there where the bow was, merge visible, resize 63%, copy and paste as new layer onto your tag, move it up to the right corner of the frame, add Dropshadow

6. Open clouds.png, copy and paste as new layer, with selection tool rectangle remove the two top clouds, select none, move the single cloud a very little to the right and a little down, add Dropshadow, open Bow...png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, free rotate 65 degrees right, move it down, place it on the cloud, add Dropshadow, open arrow.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, place it on cloud and bow.., add Dropshadow

7. Open your tube, if you are working with the same one than I do, resize 90%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move her a very little to the left, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/8 #000000, open wings.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, move it a little up, arrange layer, move down (behind the tube), add Dropshadow

1. Open template in PSP, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, image - resize Width 600px/Height 518px (resize all layers checked), image - canvas size Width 700px/Height 550px, placement center, delete layers by missy, heart, heart2 and rectangle

Highlight square4, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open p2.png, resize 450px, copy and paste as new layer, move it up and fit into selection, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/1 #000000, highlight square5, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, copy resized p2.png again, paste as new layer, move it down and fit into selection, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow

3. Highlight square2, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open p1.png, resize 450px, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, fit into selection, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight square1, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, copy resized p1.png again, paste as new layer, move it down, fit into selection, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow

Highlight thin rectangle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open a new transparent canvas 100x100px, flood fill with black, selection, custom selection Left 0/Top 35/Right 100/Bottom 70, flood fill with #ee6aba, select none, selection, custom selection Left 0/Top 70/Right 100/Bottom 100, flood fill with #10cfe6, select none, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 10), back to your tag, fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow

Highlight circle2, merge down (with circle1), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, back to your 100x100px canvas, flood fill with black again, selection, custom selection, Left 0/Top 0/Right 50/Bottom 50, new rasterlayer, flood fill with #ee6aba, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 10), back to your tag, fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow

7. Highlight square3, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill selection with black, selection, modify, contract 13px, copy resized p1.png again, paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, highlight dotted square, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, paste p1.png as new layer again, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight black square, add Dropshadow

8. Open circles.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange this layer below the checkered circle layers, highlight checkered circle layers, open splat.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it up onto the right circle, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow9. Open fan.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees right, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, arrange this layer under the pink ribbon layer but above the blue ribbon layer, open fluffyheart.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down next to the fan, add Dropshadow, open slipper.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow

Open mask in PSP, open p09_bc_shutup.png, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, resize paper 400x400px, open words01_bc_shutup.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer (onto the paper), add Dropshadow 1/1/501 #000000, Effects - Mura's Meister - Copies, Setting - Tiling, Tile Gap 2, merge visible, layers, new masklayer, from image, load Vix_Mask382.jpg, source luminance checked, merge group, copy, open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, paste as new layer, move it up to the left (Position x 25/Position y 25), duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge visible

1. Open a new transparent canvas 700x550px, selection, custom selection, Left 50/Top 65/Right 340/Bottom 485, open RR_Paper17.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, adjust, add noise, Monochrome and Uniform checked, noise 50, selection invert, press delete, selection invert, modify selection, contract 3px, open RR_Paper3.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Width 3, Opacity 5, Color White, Horizontal and Light from Left/Top not checked, merge down (with pink rectangle), duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, add Dropshadow 2/2/22/2 #000000

2. Open RR_Glitter.png, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, selection, custom selection, Left 0/Top 225/Right 500/Bottom 500, edit copy, close this image now, on your canvas, paste as new layer, move it up to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer, send to bottom

3. Highlight top layer, open RR_Film.png, resize 95%, copy and paste as new layer, Effects - Image Effects - Offset, Horizontal Offset 0/Vertical Offset 123, Custom and Wrap checked, with your magic wand tool click outside the film frame, selection invert, modify selection, contract 1px, open RR_Paper2.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, move it a little down so the lightest part is in the frame, selection invert, press delete, select none, arrange layer, move down, highlight frame layer, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/1 #000000

4. With magic wand tool click into the small frames, open your close-up, copy and paste as new layer and fit some parts in the selections as you like, merge these parts, Effects - Xero Porcelaine - Standart setting but Red Channel and Blue Channel to 255, set blend mode to Luminance (L), switch off the visibility of the two bottom layers now (Glitter and Rectangles), merge visible (film frame, close-up layer and paper layer under the close-ups), make the other layers visible again, duplicate top layer (film frame), Effects - Image Effects - Offset, Horizontal Offset 0/Vertical Offset -246, Custom and Wrap checked, open RR_Sparkle1.png, copy and paste as new layer, move if you want

5. Open RR_Frame2.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, with magic wand tool click outside the frames, selection invert, modify selection, contract 2px, add new rasterlayer, arrange, move down, open RR_Paper6.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), fill selection with pattern, don't deselect, modify selection, contract 10px, promote to layer, select none, duplicate promoted layer one time, on one of the layers, Effects - 3D Effects - Cut Out, Vertical/Horizontal 5, Opacity 65, Blur 25, Shadow Color Black, Fill Interior with color not checked, on the other layer same setting but Vertical/Horizontal -5, merge these three layers, highlight frame, add Dropshadow 2/2/22/2 #000000 (this is what we have so far) 6. Open RR_Corset.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right into the circle and a little up, add Dropshadow 2/2/22/2 #000000, open RR_String.png, resize 35%, image flip, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 45 degrees right, move it up to the right to fix the corset with it, knot should be on the corner of the rectangle, duplicate layer, image mirror, move it back to the right to the other side of the corset, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange string layer under the corset layer

Open RR_Flower2.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move up to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, open RR_Love.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left into the circle frame, add Dropshadow, open RR_Wordart.png, resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left into the heart, add Dropshadow

8. Open RR_Cat.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open RR_Cupcake.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, place it next to the cat, arrange layer, move down (under the cat), add Dropshadow

6. Open feathers.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, open flowers.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, image flip, free rotate 35 degrees left, sharpen, move it down, add Dropshadow

7. Highlight paper layer under the frame, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, add Dropshadow, draw a selection around that part of the tube that shall be above the frame and the Diamond Flowers layer, promote to layer, on the original tube layer press delete, select none, promoted layer, arrange, send to top, if you want you can also remove those parts of the tube that you can see under the drapes

Open template in PSP, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, delete top layer (credit) and the text layer you don't need, highlight RoundedGlitterSquares, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open TMW_NC_Paper24.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, arrange, send to bottom, adjust, add noise, Uniform and Monochrome checked, noise 25, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/2 #000000

2. Highlight GlitterCircle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, copy TMW_NC_Paper24.jpg, paste as new layer, add noise with same settings, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight HalfCirclesGlitter, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, paste TMW_NC_Paper24.jpg as new layer again, add noise with same settings, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow

6. Now let's come to the decoration, highlight top layer, open TMW_NC_Poinsetta1.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/2 #000000, open TMW_NC_Bells2.png, resize 30%, select only the bell, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 20 degrees left, move it up to the left, duplicate layer, free rotate 40 degrees left, place it as you can see on my tag, add Dropshadow to both bells and arrange them under the Poinsetta layer

7. Open TMW_NC_Bow6.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up into the right corner, add Dropshadow, open TMW_NC_BaubleBells.png, copy and paste as new layer, remove the bells and all that is above, so you only have the strings and the baubles, move it up to the bow, arrange it under the bow layer, add Dropshadow

8. Open TMW_NC_PaperTree1.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open TMW_NC_PearlAngel2.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down and a little to the right, add Dropshadow, open TMW_NC_GiftBox2.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down and a little to the right, next to the Angel, add Dropshadow

9. Open TMW_NC_Latern1.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, open TMW_NC_Elf.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, place it in front of the gift box, add Dropshadow

10. Highlight the circle text layer, open TMW_NC_Snowflake2.png, resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer, adjust - Brightness/Contrast - 100/0, Effects - Mura's Meister Copies, Encircle - Number 12, Shift X 61, Shift Y 61, add Dropshadow

11. Highlight top layer, open TMW_NC_GlitterScatter4.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it a very little up and a very little to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, duplicate layer, image flip, merge down, arrange layer, send to bottom, draw a big rectangular selection and remove all the parts of the GlitterScatter you don't like to see

12. Highlight top layer, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed and place and arrange her as you wish, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/8 #000000

Open a new transparent canvas 700x550px, open another new transparent canvas 500x300px, flood fill with a colour of your choice, edit, copy, go back to the first canvas, paste as new layer, close the smaller canvas, on the rectangle select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open ciz_hohoho_paper3.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, open ciz_hohoho_paper4.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, press delete, arrange, move down, open ciz_hohoho_paper8.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, press delete, arrange, move down, select none

Highlight top layer, open ciz_hohoho_foldedribbon2.png, resize 520px, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, duplicate the duplicated ribbon, free rotate 90 degrees right, move it to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, arrange, move down, move down, draw a rectangular selection as you can see on my preview, selection invert, press delete, select none, merge all ribbons, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/2 #0000006. Open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, open Kristin - Rawkalicious - Frame 1.png, resize 550px, copy and paste as new layer, with magic wand tool click into both frames, selection, modify, expand 5px, highlight layer below the frame, open any paper, I took Kristin - Rawkalicious - Paper 4.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, selection stays invertet, open your tube (close up), copy and paste 2x and fit them into the frames as you like, press delete, select none, merge the two close up layers, effect - Xero Greyscaler, highlight frame, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/2 #000000

2. Open Kristin - Rawkalicious - CD.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move to the left (Position x 12/Position y 160), with selection tool circle draw a selection exactly above the CD, delete CD, highlight backgroud layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #fcd7f7, adjust, add noise, noise 25, Uniform and Monochrome checked, selection, edit selection, image mirror, edit selection, flood fill with #fcd7f7, add noise, noise 25, Uniform and Monochrome checked, select none

3. On two circle layer, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection, modify, contract 4px, open Kristin - Rawkalicious - Paper 6.png, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), add new rasterlayer, flood fill with paper, select none, add Dropshadow to this layer and the layer below

4. Highlight top layer, open Kristin - Rawkalicious - Disco Ball.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, add Dropshadow, open Kristin - Rawkalicious - Club Scene.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down and a little to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, move it a little down, arrange layer, send to bottom

5. Highlight top layer again, open Kristin - Rawkalicious - Heart.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, add Dropshadow, open Kristin - Rawkalicious - Sparkles 1.png, copy and paste as new layer, with selection tool remove any of the sparkles

6. Open Kristin - Rawkalicious - Guitar Doodle.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left (Position x 12/Position y 33), selection, custom selection Top 0/Left 215/Bottom 650/Right 650, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, arrange layer, send to bottom, arrange layer, move up (it should be second layer from below)

7. Highlight lowest layer (the one with the duplicate club scene), open Kristin - Rawkalicious - Splat.png, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees left (position x 121/position y 70), duplicate layer, move down (position x 101/position y 210), merge down, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down

8. Open your tube now, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, sparkle and club scene should be top layers and tube layer should be arrange below, add Dropshadow to the tube

2. Open SkyScraps-E11.png, resize 85%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, move it to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer, send to bottom

3. 9. Highlight the layer with the stars, open GG_HocusPocus_ghost1.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it up to the right, set the opacity to 65

10. Highlight top layer, open Halloween Temp 2, copy Words Back, paste as new layer onto your tag, copy Words, paste as new layer onto your tag, close Halloween Temp 2, resize both word layers 82% (resize all layers not checked), highlight Words Back, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open GG_HocusPocus_paper5.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, adjust, add noise, noise 25, Uniform and Monochrome checked, add Dropshadow 1/1/50/2 #000000

11. Highlight top layer, open GG_HocusPocus_batmoon.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, draw a selection as you can see on my preview, promote to layer, on the original layer press delete, select none
Move the promoted (moon) layer a little down, adjust, Hue/Saturation, Colorize 13/201, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/2 #000000 to the bats

12. Open GG_HocusPocus_magicalter.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, open GG_HocusPocus_spellbook.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 25 degrees right, sharpen, move it down to the right, place it on the alter, add Dropshadow, open GG_HocusPocus_pumpkin.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move down, add Dropshadow

13. Highlight blue frames layer, open TMW_SSt_PaperStar4.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, place it on the third of the dots, add Dropshadow to both paper stars, open TMW_SSt_Diamond1.png, resize 10%, copy and paste as new layer, move it a very little to the right or to the left (depends on how center your template was), the diamond should be exactly in the middle of both frames, duplicate layer, move it up, duplicate layer, move it down

Highlight top layer, open M_hookribbon_cbj.png, image rotate 90 degrees left, with freehand selection tool select the tag (all parts) carefully, press delete, select none, image resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up into the left corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, open M_clock_cbj.png, resize 35%, sharpen, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right corner of the frame, add Dropshadow

6. Open M_cattails_cbj.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, adjust, Hue/Saturation, Colorize 136/62, move it to the right and a little down, add Dropshadow, remove this little part which is on and outside the frame7. Make the clock invisible for one moment, open M_flowers_cbj.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right corner of the frame, remove all 5 flowers inside the frame, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, with your rectangle selection tool select the flower in the corner up right and the flower in the corner down left, promote to layer, on original flower layer press delete, select none, arrange the promoted layer flowers under the paper layer beneath the frame, make the clock visible again

8. Highlight top layer, open M_walkway_cbj.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move down and a little to the left, add Dropshadow

9. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, place as you wish, you can leave it as it is or you can colorize - highlight tube, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection, modify, expand 1px, open M_paper07_cbj.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, arrange, move down (under the tube), highlight tube, set blend mode of your tube to Luminance, merge down, add Dropshadow

10. Open M_frog_cbj.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, adjust, Hue/Saturation, Colorize 136/62, move it down and place it as you wish, add Dropshadow

2. Open RR_Frame4.png, resize 550px, copy and paste as new layer, selection tool, custom selection Top 0/Left 0/Bottom 325/Right 650, selection invert, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/30/3 #000000

3. With magic wand tool click into the frame, selection, modify, expand 6px, highlight group layer, add new rasterlayer, open RR_Paper4.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 75), flood fill selection with pattern, select none

Highlight top layer, open PDS_UTS- element16.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, move up to the left, duplicate layer, move it a little to the right and a little down, place it as you can see on my tag, duplictate first flower, image mirror, image flip, duplicate second flower, image mirror, image flip, add Dropshadow to all flowers

8. Open PDS_UTS- element9.png, resize 30%, duplicate layer, image mirror, fit both waves together exactly, merge visible, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 5 degrees left, move the waves a little down to the right, arrange layer beneath upper frame layer, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/1 #000000, repeat with -1/-1/25/1 #0000009. Open PDS_UTS- element25.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, move it into the left window of the frame, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, move it a little up into the right window of the frame, merge down, arrange bubbles layer under the waves layer, blend mode to Luminance (L)

10. Highlight waves layer, open PDS_UTS- element7.png, resize 18%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the lower right corner of the frame, duplicate layer, image mirror, place it somewhere on the left side of the frame, add Dropshadow to both

11. Open PDS_UTS- element3.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 25 degrees right, place it somewhere on the right side of the frame, add Dropshadow, open PDS_UTS- element5.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left, add Dropshadow, open PDS_UTS- element4.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, move down a little, add Dropshadow

12. Highlight top layer, open PDS_UTS- element8.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right, place it on the wave, duplicate layer, image mirror, move it back into the frame, place it somewhere on the wave on the left side, add Dropshadow to both

13. Highlight top layer, open PDS_UTS- element1.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move down to the right, place it between the white flowers, add Dropshadow, open PDS_UTS- element2.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it up to the left, place it between the white flowers, add Dropshadow

14. Open PDS_UTS- element11.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 35 degrees right, move it a little up to the right, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/5 #000000

You need: "Lovin' Garv" Scrapkit by Created By Jill, which you can purchase at Created By Jill Scraps, an adorable tube by Keith Garvey which you can purchase at MPT, WSL_Mask138.jpg by Chelle, Becky_Mask022.jpg and my Garv Heaven Wordart here (only to use for this tutorial)

1. Open both masks in PSP, open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, flood fill with white, add new rasterlayer, select all, open LG_paper9_cbj.jpg, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers, new masklayer, from image, load WSL_Mask138.jpg, source luminance checked, merge group, image, resize Width 120%/Height 95% (Aspect ratio and resize all layers not checked)

2. Open LG_window_cbj.png, resize 550px (Aspect ratio and resize all layers checked), copy and paste as new layer, with magic wand tool click into it, selection, modify, expand 5px, open LG_paper6_cbj.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, arrange beneath window frame, selection invert, press delete, select none, highlight window, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/2 #000000

3. Open LG_scatterspray_cbj.png, rotate 90 degrees right, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move up to the left (Position x 25/Position y 70), duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, arrange layer above group layer

4. Open LG_flower5_cbj.png, with Shift D make a copy, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move up to the left corner of the window, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, highlight the original flower, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, adjust - Hue/Saturation - Colorize 240/100, move up and a little to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, copy the 40% resized blue flower again, paste as new layer, adjust - Hue/Saturation - Colorize 23/140, move up and a very little to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow

5. Open LG_swirl_cbj.png, resize 80%, copy and paste as new layer (layer arrange above the flowers but below the paper of the window frame), free rotate 45 degrees left, add Dropshadow 1/1/15/1 #000000

6. Highlight the paper layer of the window frame, open LG_rainbow_cbj.png, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, layers, new masklayer, from image, load Becky_Mask022.jpg, source luminance checked, merge group, duplicate layer, merge down
7. Highlight top layer, activate the original rainbow, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, place it as you can see on my preview, draw a selection around the upper part of the rainbow, promote to layer, on the original rainbow layer press delete, select none, arrange the promoted part of the rainbow below the window layer, remove the small part of the promoted rainbow layer that you can see above the window door 8. Highlight top layer, open LG_balloons_cbj.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move to the right and place them exactly on the edge of the rainbow, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/2 #000000

9. Open LG_clouds_cbj.png, select the one up on the left, copy and paste as new layer, move down to the left, now select the cloud up on the right, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right

10. Open LG_bird_cbj.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left and place it on the cloud, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/2 #000000

11. Open your tube, resize if needed, copy and paste as new layer, place as you wish and add Dropshadow of your choice, now you can add my wordart or write another text and/or your name

2. Open PDS_D- element36.png, remove the three pearls on top, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/30/3 #000000

3. Highlight glittered circle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open PDS_D- paper15.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, adjust - add noise - Uniform and Monochrome checked, Noise 35, add Dropshadow

Highlight top layer, open CIZ-PunkPrincess-Crown.png, resize 420px, copy and paste as new layer, move up, add Dropshadow, highlight frame layer, with magic wand tool click outside, activate freehand select tool, setting Remove, draw a selection as you can see on my preview, highlight crown layer, promote to layer, on original crown layer press delete, select none, arrange the small parts of the crown under the paper layer6. Highlight purple flower layer, open PDS_GG- element4.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move down, add Dropshadow, open PDS_GG- element5.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, move down, add Dropshadow, open PDS_GG- element3.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 80 degrees left, move down, add Dropshadow, open PDS_GG- element2.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 12 degrees left, move down, add Dropshadow

10. Open PDS_GG- element42.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees right, sharpen, add Dropshadow, move it down, arrange this layer below the purple/beige wrap layer, with freehand selection tool only select the blossom, promote to layer, on original layer press delete, select none, arrange blossom above the wrap

Now open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow! You can write down your name and/or text now! Add copyright information and save your tag as .png or .jpg!
