Tutorial "Ladies Night"

You need: "Ladies Night" PTU Scrapkit by Designs by Sarah which you can purchase at PimpMyTagsWithScraps, a real girly tube, I am using the beautiful artwork of VeryMany - this one is an Exclusive at ScrapsAndTheCity

1. Open a new transparent canvas 700x600px, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-frame 5.png, resize Width 600px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/3 #000000, with magic wand tool click into the frames, selection, modify, expand 10px, add new rasterlayer, arrange, move down, fill with #f795c8, adjust, add noise 25, Uniform and Monochrome checked, open your tube, copy and paste as new layer (3times), fit the parts that you want into the selection, selection invert, press delete on all three tube layers, select none, merge these three tube layers, draw a rectangular selection around the whole frame but tube layer is highlighted, selection invert, press delete, select none, set the blend mode of the tube layer to hard light, duplicate layer, set blend mode to screen, adjust, blur, gaussian blur 5

2. Open sb_pmt_ladies-night-frame 2.png, rotate right, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees right, arrange layer, send to bottom, with magic wand tool click outside the frame, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 5px, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-pp13.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, select none, highlight frame layer again, add Dropshadow

3. Open sb_pmt_ladies-night-tag 2.png, copy and paste as new layer, Effects, Image Effects, Offset 155/38 Custom and Wrap checked, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer, send to bottom, stay on this layer, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-confetti 1.png, resize 85%, copy and paste as new layer (this is what we have so far)4. Highlight top layer, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-lipstick kiss.png, copy and paste as new layer, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-disco ball.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, image flip, move to the left and a little up, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-shoe 1.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-bow 2.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left and a little down (look at my tag for placement), add Dropshadow

5. Open sb_pmt_ladies-night-flower 3.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer and move it up next to the discoball, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-flower 5.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up and place it on the other flower, add Dropshadow, merge down, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-ribbon 2.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, add Dropshadow

6. Open sb_pmt_ladies-night-ribbon 1.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move down, add Dropshadow, arrange ribbon layer under the shoe layer, open sb_pmt_ladies-night-word art 1.png, resize 65%, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection, modify, expand 2px, add new rasterlayer, arrange layer, move down, fill selection with white (press 3x), select none, highlight top layer, merge down, copy and paste as new layer onto your tag, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow

7. Open sb_pmt_ladies-night-neon sign.png, resize 35%, repeat all steps we did with sb_pmt_ladies-night-word art 1.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, next to the word art, add Dropshadow

Open your tube again, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow, you can write down your name and/or text now, add copyright information and save your tag as .png or .jpg! Hope you like my tut, please enjoy!

Tutorial "Ocean Goddess"

You need: "Ocean Goddess" PTU Scrapkit by Designs by Sarah which you can purchase at PimpMyTagsWithScraps, a mermaid or ocean tube, I am using the adorable artwork of Alehandra Vanhek which you can purchase at PicsForDesign and mask WSL_Mask84 by Chelle

1. Open mask in PSP, open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, select all, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-pp12.jpg, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers, new mask layer, from image, load WSL_Mask84, source luminance checked, merge group, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-deco 1.png, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror

2. Open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-frame 4.png, resize Width 500px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/3 #000000, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-frame 8.png, resize Width 500px, copy and paste as new layer, Effects, Image Effects, Offset -30/0 Custom and Wrap checked, this frame should be exactly on the hole of the other frame now, add Dropshadow, merge down so both frames are merged, on frame layer press Strg X, Strg L, with magic wand tool click outside the frame, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 20px, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-pp7.jpg, resize 550px, copy and paste as new layer, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, select none

3. Highlight top layer, open your tube now, if you are using the same one than I resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move a little up, add Dropshadow, draw a rectangular selection around the lower part of the tube, promote selection to layer, on original tube layer press delete, select none, arrange the promoted layer under the frame layer, remove those parts of the tube (legs) that are outside the frame
4. Open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-greenery 1.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it up to the right, add Dropshadow, arrange it under the mermaid's face, highlight top layer again, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-waves.png, resize 80%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-dolphin.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, free rotate 25 degrees left, move it to the right and a little down, add Dropshadow

5. Open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-fish.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it to the left and a little down, add Dropshadow and arrange it under the wave layer, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-bottle.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, move it down and a very little to the left, add Dropshadow

6. Highlight top layer, open sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-gemstones.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, open now sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-seaweed 4.png, sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-starfish 2.png, sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-starfish.png, sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-shell 3.png, sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-shell 2.png and sb_pmt_ocean-goddess-shell 1.png, resize all 25%, copy and paste as new layers and arrange all these elements down on the right

Tutorial "Mystery"

You need: "Misty" PTU Scrapkit by Addictive Pleasures which you can purchase at Dreams-N-Digital and a tube plus close-up, I am using the wonderful artwork of Anna Liwanag which you can purchase at PSP Tubes Emporium

1. Open a new transparent canvas 700x650px, open frame2.png, resize 500px, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/6 #000000, selection, custom selection Left 175/Top 140/ Right 525/Bottom 510, open p12.png, copy and paste as new layer, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, select none

2. Selection, custom selection, Left 175/Top 140/Right 350/Bottom 510, open your tube close-up, copy and paste as new layer, fit it into selection as you like, selection invert, press delete, selection invert, edit selection, image mirror, edit selection, copy your close-up again, copy and paste as new layer, fit it into selection as you like, selection invert, press delete, select none, merge close-up layers, set the opacity to Luminance (L), Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds Width 3/Opacity 15, Horizontal and Light from Left/Top checked, Color Black

3. Highlight top layer, open glitter.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, arrange layer, send to bottom, add Dropshadow, highlight top layer again, open sparklebutterflys.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection, custom selection Left 0/Top 325/Right 700/Bottom 650, press delete, select none, move sparklebutterflys up and a very little to the right, duplicate layer, move it a little down and more to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, move this one a little up, merge all sparklebutterflys and add Dropshadow, arrange this layer above the glitter layer

4. Highlight top layer again, open heart4.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it only a little up, add Dropshadow, open flower.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up, place it onto the upper (frame)flower, add Dropshadow, open flower2.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up onto the other flower, add Dropshadow, merge down, duplicate layer (both flowers merged) and move it down onto the (frame)flower, open dove.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right side of the frame, add Dropshadow

5. Open your tube now, copy and paste as new layer, place as you wish, adjust, Colorize, Hue 0/Saturation 0, add Dropshadow

Tutorial "Candylicious"

Open a new transparent canvas 700x600px, open SkyScraps-Candylicious-Mask2.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, Effects, Texture Effects, Mosaic - Glass, Number of columns/rows 100 (symmetric checked), glass curvature 30, edge curvature 0, grout width 2, grout diffusion 50, set the opacity to 50

2. Open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E62.png, copy and paste as new layer, open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E61.png, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate layer, on one - Effects, Image Effects, Offset 0/135 (Custom and Transparent checked), on the other one Image Effects, Offset 0/-135, hide mask layer, merge the other layers visible, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/3 #000000, unhide mask layer

3. Highlight top layer, open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E64.png, resize 80%, copy and paste as new layer, Effects, Image Effects, Offset 0/-135, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/40/3 #000000

4. Open SkyScraps-Candylicious-F9.png, rotate right, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left (rotate single layer around canvas center checked), add Dropshadow 1/1/20/3 #000000, with magic wand tool click into the frame, selection, modify, expand 10px, add new rasterlayer, arrange layer, move down, open SkyScraps-Candylicious-pp4.png, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), fill selection with pattern, select none, highlight top layer again

5. Open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E55.png, rotate left, resize 90%, copy and paste as new layer, Image Effects, Offset -7/158, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, add Dropshadow to both, don't merge, open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E35.png, rotate left, resize 80%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up onto the ribbon and a very little to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, add Dropshadow to both, don't merge, open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E47.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, place it on the ribbon bow, add Dropshadow

6. Open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E27.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, move it to the left side of the frame, add Dropshadow, open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E68.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, move it to the left onto the stem of the lollipop, add Dropshadow, open two of the muffins, resize both 30%, copy and paste them as new layers, move them down to the left corner of the frame and place them as you like there, add Dropshadow to both

7. Open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E23.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, add Dropshadow, open SkyScraps-Candylicious-E30.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow

8. Open your tube now, copy and paste as new layer, if you are using the same one than me you have to resize 90% (resize all layers not checked), place it as you like, maybe you have to arrange the ribbon layers a little different from as they are now, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/8 #000000 to your tube

Tutorial "Beat Babe"

Open template in PSP, with Shift D make a copy, delete layer Credits, image resize 680px (resize all layers and lock aspect ration checked), image, canvas size 700x600px, Placement Center, open wire.png, resize 85%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, adjust - sharpness - unsharp mask 1/50/2, arrange layer, send to bottom, add Dropshadow 2/2/25/5 #000000

2. For a better view highlight top layer, open splatter.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer above wire layer, for better view highlight top layer again, open flames.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, duplicate layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, move it down to the left, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer above splatter layer

3. Highlight Thin Tectangle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #323231, select none, adjust, add noise 30, Uniform and Monochrome checked, add Dropshadow, highlight top MUSIC NOTES layer, merge down, merge down, merge down (all music notes layer are merged now), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, fill with #323231, select none, add noise, add Dropshadow

6. Highlight Circle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open p3.png, set to pattern, fill selection with pattern, don't deselect, open lights.png, resize 80%, image mirror, image flip, copy and paste as new layer, move it down until the edge of the selection, selection invert, press delete, select none, highlight PINK CIRCLE, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open p10.png, set to pattern, fill selection with pattern, select none

7. Highlight Right Star, merge down (with Left Star), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open p4.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none

8. Highlight top layer, open button2.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left and a little up, add Dropshadow, open discoball.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, arrange this layer under the wordart layer, highlight top layer again, open button.png, button3.png, mp3.png and headphones.png, resize all 50%, copy and paste as new layers, add Dropshadows to all and move it all down to the right, place as you wish

9. Open ribbonbow.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, add Dropshadow, open star2.png, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate layer, resize one 30% (resize all layers not checked), move it up to the right corner of the rectangle, add Dropshadow, highlight the other one, resize 35%, image mirror, move it up to the right, place it below the other star, add Dropshadow

10. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow of your choice

Tutorial "Angel Or Devil"

You need: "Good vs. Evil" PTU Scrapkit by Designs by Sarah which you can purchase at PimpMyTagsWithScraps, an angel and a devil tube plus close-ups (of course you can also use only a devil tube), I am using the artwork of Jose Cano which you can purchase at PSP Tubes Emporium (I purchased mine at MPT, so I am using my MPT license on the tag) and shape tool circle

1. Open a new transparent canvas 450x450px, with your shape tool circle (foreground off/background grey) draw a circle of appr. 450x450px, convert to rasterlayer, selection, custom selection Left 350/Top 0/Right 450/Bottom 450, press delete, select none, edit, copy, open a new transparent canvas 700x550px, paste as new layer, you can close your small image now, effects, image effects, offset -150/0, duplicate layer, image mirror

2. Highlight circle on the left side, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_pp6.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 65), fill selection with pattern, select none, highlight the other circle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add no new rasterlayer (you are on the one with the left circle), fill selection with pattern, select none, selection, custom selection Left 320/Top 5/Right 380/Bottom 545, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_pp3.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, highlight circles layer, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection invert, highlight layer with the black stripe, press delete, select none, merge layers visible

Select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection, modify, expand 3px, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_pp9.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, selection invert, adjust, add noise, noise 50, Uniform and Monochrome checked, arrange layer, send to bottom, selection, modify, expand 5px, selection, modify, feather, number of pixels 10, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_pp10.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, arrange layer, send to bottom, highlight top layer, merge down (with white layer), add Dropshadow 1/1/25/3 #000000

4. Highlight top layer, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_sun.png, copy and paste as new layer, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_frame 1.png, resize 90%, rotate left, copy and paste as new layer, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection, modify, expand 2px, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_pp9.jpg again, copy and paste as new layer, adjust, add noise, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, select none, highlight red frame, merge down, add Dropshadow

5. With magic wand tool click into all three frames, selection, modify, expand 10px, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_pp3.jpg again, copy and paste as new layer, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, open your tubes, copy the close-ups you want to use, paste them as new layers, place and arrange them as you wish, press delete, if you are satisfied select none and merge these tube layers, duplicate tube layer, set blend mode of the bottom tube layer to Luminance (L) and the blend mode of the top tube layer to Screen

6. Highlight top layer, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_devil wings horn tail.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection, modify, expand 2px, copy sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_pp9.jpg again, paste as new layer, adjust, add noise, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, select none, highlight layer above, merge down, add Dropshadow

7. Open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_wings and halo.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down to the left, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection, modify, expand 2px, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_pp10.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, adjust, add noise, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, select none, highlight layer above, merge down, add Dropshadow8. Open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_angel wings.png, resize 50%, with selection tool rectangle select the left wing, edit, copy, paste as new layer, move it to the left and a little down, arrange layer above circles layer, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_devil wings.png, resize 75%, with selection tool rectangle select the right wing, edit, copy, paste as new layer on your tag, move it up to the right, add Dropshadow, arrange layer above the circles layer

9. Highlight top layer, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_halo.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees right, move it to the right and a little down, open sb_pmt_good-vs-evil_heart 2.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees left, move it up to the left, add Dropshadow

10. Open your tubes again, copy one angel and one devil tube, paste as new layers, resize if needed, move the devil to the right side and the angel to the left side, add Dropshadow to both

Tutorial "Tropical Tango"

Open mask in PSP, open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, select all, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-pp13.jpg, Effect Xero Greyscaler, Brightness 70, adjust, hue/saturation, colorize 35/255, adjust, Brightness/Contrast 50/0, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers, new masklayer, from image, load WH_Mask24 (source luminance checked), merge group

2. Open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-frame 1.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, effects, image effects, offset -25/0, Dropshadow 1/1/25/3 #000000, with magic wand tool click outside, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 5px, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-pp1.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, arrange layer, move down, move the paper a little down and a little to the right, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-sand.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, place it as you wish, press delete, select none

Open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-bottle.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer under the sand layer, highlight top layer, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-coconut.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-shell 1.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down and a little to the left, add Dropshadow

4. Open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-starfish.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left between the coconut and the shell, add Dropshadow, open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-crab.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, place it above the shell, add Dropshadow

5.
