Tutorial "In Love Again"

This tutorial was written by me on 12th February 2011. It was done with PSP9 but it might work with other versions, too. This tutorial is copyrighted to me, any resemblance is purely coincidental and not intentional!

You need: "In Love Again" PTU Tagger Size Scrapkit by Tinas Magical Scrap World which you can purchase at Twilight Scraps, an adorable tube, I am using the beautiful artwork of Denis Rino which you can purchase at MyPSPTubes and a very simple template by myself - Download here and Effect - Penta.Com Jeans

1. Open template in PSP, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, delete layer Credit, open TMW_ILA_GlossyBeads.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, duplicate layer, move it down, merge down, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/35/3 #000000, arrange layer, send to bottom

2. Highlight layer WhiteCircle4, merge down 3times (with all WhiteCircle layers), adjust, add noise - Noise 50, Uniform and Monochrome checked, add Dropshadow, highlight layer GreyCircle4, merge down 3times (with all GreyCircle layers), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open TMW_ILA_Paper22.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, Effects - Penta.Com Jeans - Amount 15/Border Width 4, add Dropshadow

3. For a better view highlight top layer, open TMW_ILA_Wire.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, place it onto the pink circle up left, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, duplicate layer, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange this layer below BigCircle1, highlight the layer with the four pink circles, select all, selection float, selection defloat, selection invert, highlight wire layer, press delete, select none

4. Highlight BigCircle1, adjust, add noise - Noise 50, Uniform and Monochrome checked, add Dropshadow, highlight BigCircle2, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open TMW_ILA_Paper12.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left and a little down if you like, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow

5. Open TMW_ILA_Notepaper.png, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees right, selection, custom selection Left 325/Top 0/Right 650/Bottom 650, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow

6. Open TMW_ILA_CircleFrame1.png, resize 90%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow, open TMW_ILA_LoveSwag1.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the leftAdd the same custom selection than before, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, add Dropshadow

7. Open TMW_ILA_Heart1.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 25 degrees right, move it up and a very little to the right, add Dropshadow, open TMW_ILA_Heart2.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 25 degrees left, move it up (a little higher than the other heart) and a very little to the left, add Dropshadow, with the freehand selection tool you can remove some parts of the swag that are behind the hearts if you want

8. Highlight top layer, open TMW_ILA_HeartFlower2.png, resize 80%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, add Dropshadow, Shadow on new layer checked, highlight flower again, select all, selection float, selection defloat, highlight Shadow layer, press delete twice, select none, highlight flower, merge down

9. Open TMW_ILA_Butterfly5.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down onto the flower, add Dropshadow (Shadow on new layer not checked anymore), open TMW_ILA_Charm.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, add Dropshadow, arrange this layer under the swag layer

10. Highlight top layer again, open TMW_ILA_WingedHeart.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, with a bold font (Foreground off/Background #ed417c), Size 16 write LOVE into the heart, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/1 #000000, merge down

11. Open TMW_ILA_Envelope1.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees right, move it to the right, add Dropshadow 1/1/35/3 #000000, open TMW_ILA_OrganzaFlower2.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right, a little lower than the envelope, add Dropshadow

12. Now open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow 1/1/35/8 #000000, write down your name and/or text, add copyright information and save your tag as .png or .jpg!
