Tutorial "A Pot Of Gold"

This tutorial was written by me on 24th February 2011. It was done with PSP9 but it might work with other versions, too. This tutorial is copyrighted to me, any resemblance is purely coincidental and not intentional!

You need: "Clover Girl" PTU Scrapkit by Addictive Pleasures which you can purchase at Dreams-N-Digital and a St. Patrick's Day tube, I am using the adorable artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which you can purchase at PTE

1. Open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, open glitter2.png, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/2 #000000, open frame5.png, resize 250px Width/550px Height, copy and paste as new layer, Effects, Image Effects, Offset -150/0 Custom and Transparent checked, duplicate layer, Image Effects, Offset 300/0, merge down, with magic wand tool click into the frames, selection, modify, expand 10px, open p5.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, arrange layer, move down, highlight frames layer, add Dropshadow

2. Open chain3.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, move it up to the right, duplicate layer, move it down, merge down, select the ends of the chain, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer under the paper layer3. Highlight top layer, open ribbon3.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, open leaves.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, image flip, free rotate 45 degrees left, sharpen, move it up to the left corner of the frame, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, open sequins.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right corner of the frame, place it on the leaves, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow

4. Open clover4.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, move it down to the left corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, open bow2.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it up to the right corner of the frame, add Dropshadow

5. Highlight frames layer, open harp.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, open potofgold.png, resize 55%, sharpen, copy and paste as new layer, move it down and a little to the right, add Dropshadow

6. Highlight top layer, open horseshoe.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 30 degrees left, move it down to the right, place it in front of the pot, add Dropshadow, open rose.png, resize 35%, sharpen, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right corner of the frame, place it on the leaves, add Dropshadow

7. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow

You can write down your name and/or text now, add copyright information and save your tag as .png or .jpg! Hope you like my tut, please have fun ♥
