1. Open mask in PSP, open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, select all, open DBS_Paper17.jpg, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers, new masklayer, from image, load AR315_mask070.jpg, source luminance checked, merge group, image mirror, open DBS_Confetti01.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right (Position x 270/Position y 46), duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/1 #000000

2. Open DBS_Moon.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, open DBS_Clock02.png, resize 90%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 1/1/25/1 #000000, open DBS_Frame03.png, resize 77%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow

3. Highlight clock layer, selection tool, custom selection, Left 150/Top 150/Right 500/Bottom 500, open DBS_Paper07.jpg, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, don't deselect, open DBS_ChristmasTree.png, resize 60%, image flip, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right as you can see on my preview, press delete, select noneDuplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow

4. Highlight top layer, open DBS_Streamer04.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, image flip, move it up, draw a selection from the middle of the streamer to the right, remove this part of the streamer, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, move this part up again, put both parts together, merge both parts of the streamer, add Dropshadow

5. Open DBS_NewYearsEveBall.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it a little up, add Dropshadow, open DBS_Ornament03.png, with free hand selection select only the bow, edit, copy, paste as new layer, resize 50% (resize all layers not checked), move it up, add Dropshadow

6. Open DBS_Piano.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open DBS_Violin.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow

7. Open DBS_medi_goldenderry3.png, resize 70%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it to the right and a little down, remove copyright, add Dropshadow, open DBS_MetallicFlute02.png, resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees left, sharpen, add Dropshadow, move it to the left hand (when you look at it left) of the girl, you have to remove a small part of the glass on the place where the girl's thumb is so it looks like the girl is holding it

8. Open DBS_Mask02.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, free rotate 15 degrees left, sharpen, move it to the right, to the other hand of the girl, add Dropshadow

Add your name and/or text and copyright information now and save your tag as .png or .jpg! Hope you like it! Happy New Year ♥

Tutorial "Rac Dangerous"

1. Open template in PSP, with Shift D make a copy of the template, close original, delete layers by missy, thin rectangle, dotted line, sweet tooth cutie, glittered sweet tooth and hearts, if you want make background visible

2. Highlight square1, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open DBS_Paper08.jpg, set it to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), flood fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow 1/1/35/4 #000000

3. Highlight rectangle left, merge down (with rectangle right), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill selection with same pattern, select none, add Dropshadow

4. Highlight square2, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #14749c, select none, Effects - Penta.com - Jeans - Amount 10/Border Width 4, add Dropshadow

5. Highlight glittered rectangle left, merge down (with glittered rectangle right), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #000000, adjust - add noise - Uniform and Monochrome checked, Noise 100, repeat with 50, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight glittered centre frame, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #000000, add noise with same settings, select none, add Dropshadow

6. Highlight glittered circle right, arrange - move down, merge down (with glittered circle left), highlight circle right, merge down (with circle left), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open DBS_Paper22.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 25), flood fill selection with pattern, select none, add Dropshadow

7. Highlight centre frame, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #bad1d6, adjust - add noise 50, select none, highlight small glittered circle right, merge down (with small glittered circle left), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #bad1d6, adjust - add noise 50, select none, add Dropshadow

8. Highlight small circle right, merge down (with small circle left), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #14749c, Effects - Penta.com - 10/4, select none, add Dropshadow

9. Highlight centre circle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #14749c, Effects - Penta.com - 10/4, don't deselect, open DBS_Wire07.png, resize 65%, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow to wire

10. Highlight rectangle layer, open DBS_EyeletRibbon04.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow

11. Highlight top layer, open DBS_Frame04.png, resize 70%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow, with magic wand tool click into the frames, selection, modify, expand 7px, add new rasterlayer, arrange - move down, flood fill with #bad1d6, Effects - Penta.com 10/4, select none, highlight frame again and with magic wand tool do only select the frame on the left side, selection, modify, expand 7px, open your tube, resize if needed, copy and paste as new layer, paste into selection as you wish, selection invert, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, set the opacity to 50, arrange layer beneath frame

12. Highlight top layer, open DBS_DiscoBall.png, resize 25%, adjust - Hue/Saturation 0/0, draw a circle selection around it, add new rasterlayer, arrange - move down, flood fill selection with #14749c, select none, set the blend mode of the ball to hard light, merge visible, adjust - sharpen, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow

13. Open DBS_Guitar02.png, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, move it to the left, add Dropshadow, open DBS_Skull_Crossbones04.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, sharpen, move it to the right side of the guitar, duplicate layer, image mirror, move it up to the disco ball, add Dropshadow to both

14. Open DBS_Flower02.png and DBS_Flower04.png, resize both 25%, copy and paste as new layers, place them as you can see on my preview, duplicate both flowers, image mirror, image flip, add Dropshadow to all four flowers15. Open DBS_Brad02.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, Effects - Mura's Meister Copies - Encircle - Shift X 63/Shift Y 75, all other settings as they are, adjust - sharpen, draw a rectangular selection to remove all brads than the 3 on top and the 3 on the bottom, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, arrange brads under the guitar layer

16. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow 1/1/35/10 #000000

Tutorial "Love Game"

You need: PTU Tagger Kit "Singing in the 80s" by Designs by Stina which you can purchase at Just4Taggers, a tube, I am using the adorable artwork of Jamie Kidd which you can purchase at CILM, template #64 by Saras Scraps and Mask19 by Rachel and Mask89 by Designs by Vaybs

1. Open masks and template in PSP, with Shift D make a copy of the template, close the original, delete top layer (copyright), add new rasterlayer, arrange, send to bottom, flood fill with white, add new rasterlayer again, flood fill with #ec3d76, layers - new masklayer - from image, load SOE_Mask19_ByRachel09.jpg, source luminance checked, merge group, resize 95% (resize all layers not checked), duplicate layer, merge down, add Dropshadow 1/1/30/1 #000000

2. Highlight background layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #ec3d76, layers -new masklayer - from image, load DBV_Mask_89.jpg, source luminance checked, merge group, image mirror, move it up to the left, selection, custom selection Left 0/Top 0/Right 325/Bottom 280, selection invert, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, duplicate layer, image flip, merge down, set the opacity to 65, you can close both masks now

3. Highlight Raster 2, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open DBS_Paper07.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 50), flood fill selection with the pattern, select none, add Dropshadow 1/1/30/3 #000000

Highlight circle 1, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #ec3d76, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight circle 3, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with black, select none, add Dropshadow

Highlight circle 4, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #ec3d76, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with black, selection, modify, contract 4px, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow to black frame, highlight circle 4 layer again, open DBS_Lips01.png, resize 10%, image mirror, adjust - Hue/Saturation 0/0, adjust - Brightness/Contrast -75/0, copy and paste as new layer, Effects - MuRa's Meister - Copies - Tiling - Tile Gap 2, highlight circle 4 layer again, with magic wand tool click outside, highlight lips layer, press delete, select none

6. Highlight rectangle 1, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #ec3d76, select none, add Dropshadow

Highlight frame 2, merge down (with frame 1)select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with black, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight frame background 2, merge down (with frame background 1), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open DBS_Paper07.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, move it a little up and a little to the left, selection, invert, press delete, select none

8. Highlight rectangle 2, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with black, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight wordart, merge down (with hearts), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, flood fill with #ec3d76, select none

9. Open DBS_DiscoBall01.png, resize 150px, adjust - Hue/Saturation 0/0, adjust - Brightness/Contrast -75/0, copy and paste as new layer, move up to the left, add Dropshadow, open DBS_GlitterButterfly04.png, resize 10%, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate layer, rotate one butterfly 10 degrees right and move it up to the left, adjust - sharpen, add Dropshadow, rotate the other one 10 degrees left, move it up to the right, adjust - sharpen, add Dropshadow

10. Open DBS_Guitar01.png, resize 55%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees right, sharpen, move it to the right and a little down, add Dropshadow, open DBS_Bow12.png, resize 18%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees right, sharpen, move it to the right and place it on upper part of the guitar, add Dropshadow

11. Open DBS_PlatformBoots.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, the boots layer is above the guitar layer, highlight guitar and draw a selection as you can see on my preview, promote to layer, on original guitar layer press delete, select none, arrange the promoted layer above the boots layer12. Open DBS_Bag01.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down and place it on the left side of the guitar, add Dropshadow

Now open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed and place as you wish! Add Dropshadow of your choice, write down your name and/or text and don't forget to add copyright information! Save you tag as .jpg or .png! I really hope you enjoyed my tut!

Open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, flood fill with white, new rasterlayer, select all, open DBS_Paper14.jpg, copy and paste into selection, select none, layers - new masklayer - from image, load Becky_Mask022, source luminance checked, merge group, image - resize - Width 100%/Height 90% (Aspect Ratio and Resize all layers not checked), Edit - Cut, Edit - Paste as new layer

2. Selection, Custom Selection Left 75/Top 130/Right 575/Bottom 520, open DBS_Paper12.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, selection invert, selection, modify, select selection borders 7px, Inside and Anti-alias checked, Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel, select none3. With the magic wand tool click outside the rectangle, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 7px, selection, modify, select selection borders 26px, Inside and Anti-alias checked, Inner Bevel with same setting, select none

4. With the magic wand tool click outside the rectangle again, selection invert, select, modify, contract 33px, selection, modify, select selection borders 7px, Inside and Anti-alias checked, Inner Bevel with same setting, select none, with the magic wand tool click outside the frame, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 40px, press delete, selection, modify, expand 5px, open DBS_Paper18.jpg, resize 500px (aspect ratio and resize all layers checked), copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, arrange layer, move down, highlight frame, add Dropshadow 1/1/40/2 #000000

5. Open DBS_PetalShower01.png, resize 650px, copy and paste as new layer, arrange layer above mask layer, open DBS_Petals01.png, resize 400px, copy and paste as new layer, image flip, move it to the left and a little up, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer above PetalShower layer

6. Open DBS_HeartRoses.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it a little up and a little to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer above the petals

7. Highlight top layer, open DBS_RosesGiftBox01.png, resize 225px, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left lower corner of the frame, add Dropshadow, open DBS_RosesBouquet01.png, resize 300px, copy and paste as new layer, move down, add Dropshadow, open DBS_Champagne_n_Roses.png, resize 233px, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it into the right lower corner of the frame, arrange layer under the RoseBouquet, add Dropshadow

8. Highlight frame layer, open DBS_RoseGazebo.png, resize 350px, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the right and little up, add Dropshadow, with the magic wand tool click outside the Gazebo, selection invert, selection, modify, contract 5px, open DBS_Paper02.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, move the paper as far to the right as there is no pattern into the selection, selection invert, press delete, layers - arrange - move down, highlight Gazebo, merge down (with the paper layer)

9. Open DBS_DoveHeart03.png, resize 300px, copy and paste as new layer, place it on top of the Gazebo, add Dropshadow

10. Highlight Gazebo layer, open medi_vdaylove3.png, resize 45%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left, add Dropshadow

8. Highlight ThinStripe2, merge down (with ThinStripe1), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open DBS_Paper13.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow 1/0/50/1 #000000, repeat with -1/0/50/1 #000000

9. Highlight SmallRectangle2, merge down (with SmallRectangle1), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, add new rasterlayer, open DBS_Paper07.jpg, set to pattern (Angle 0/Scale 45), flood fill selection with pattern, select none

Highlight BigHeart, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, copy paper DBS_Paper14.jpg, paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, open DBS_BeadedHeartFrame01.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, adjust - sharpen, move it to the left, place it on BigHeart, add Dropshadow 2/2/50/1 #000000

13. Highlight Heart, merge down (with MiddleHeart), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, copy DBS_Paper13.jpg, paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow 2/2/50/1 #000000

14. Highlight SmallHeart2, merge down (with SmallHeart1), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, copy DBS_Paper15.jpg, paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow 2/2/50/1 #000000, minimize your tag for the moment and close all papers, then maximize your tag again

15. Open DBS_Dove03.png, resize 20%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, place it on top of the yellow heart, add Dropshadow 2/2/50/1 #000000

16. Open DBS_Bow03.png, resize 17%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees right, adjust - sharpen, move it to the right, place it on top of the lower red heart, add Dropshadow, open DBS_Bow01.png, resize 17%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, adjust - sharpen, place it on top of the lower yellow heart, add Dropshadow

17. Open DBS_ChocolateBox.png, resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open DBS_ChocoMartini.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left on top of the ChocolateBox, arrange the Martini under the Box, add Dropshadow

18. Highlight top layer again, open DBS_Candy04.png, resize 12%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees left, sharpen, move it down, place it next to the ChocolateBox, add Dropshadow, open DBS_Candy02.png, resize 12%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 15 degrees right, sharpen, move it down, place it next to the other candy, move it a little more down than the other candy, add Dropshadow

19. Open DBS_ChocolateGoodies.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, layers - arrange - move down, add Dropshadow

20. Now open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow 2/2/50/8 #000000
