Tutorial "Cheers"

This tutorial was written by me on 30th December 2010. It was done with PSP9 but it might work with other versions, too. This tutorial is copyrighted to me, any resemblance is purely coincidental and not intentional!

You need: "I Wish You" Tagger Size Kit by heavenDreams which you can purchase at Scrap Wishes, a tube, I used the beautiful artwork of Scott Blair which you can purchase at MPT and tag template 377 by Divine Intentionz

1. Open template in PSP, with Shift D make a copy, close the original, image, canvas size, Width 700px, Height 500px, Placement Center, delete layers (from above) by missy, both circle, dotted line, wordart by me, wordart back, Raster 1 Shadow 1, rectangle (the small one in the middle), rectangle back, Raster 4 Shadow 1 and background

2. Highlight top layer, open HD_wish_you_element_29.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, move it down to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 2/2/30/3 #000000, arrange layer, send to bottom

3. Highlight top layer again, open HD_wish_you_element_59.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange layer above bottom layer

4. Highlight thin rectangle, merge down (with thin rectangle), select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open HD_wish_you_paper_05.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow

5. Highlight rectangle, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open HD_wish_you_paper_13.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, fit into selection as you wish, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, highlight oval, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open HD_wish_you_paper_09.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow

6. Highlight square, select all, selection float, selection defloat, delete layer, open HD_wish_you_paper_01.jpg, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left so the light part is in the selection, selection invert, press delete, select none, add Dropshadow, open HD_wish_you_element_99.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow

7. Highlight top layer, open HD_wish_you_element_08.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, draw rectangular selections as you can see on my previewOn ribbon layer, promote to layer, on original ribbon layer press delete, select none, arrange the promoted layer under the light blue rectangle layer, highlight top layer again

8. Open HD_wish_you_element_39.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it up to the right corner of the rectangle, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, open HD_wish_you_element_65.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, add Dropshadow, open HD_wish_you_element_29.png again, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right, place it in the middle of the cracker, add Dropshadow

9. Open HD_wish_you_element_04.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees left, sharpen, move it up to the left, add Dropshadow, open HD_wish_you_element_21.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down to the left, add Dropshadow, open HD_wish_you_element_42.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate, move the original glass down, place it next to the bottle, the duplicated glass free rotate 25 degrees left, sharpen, move it down and place it in front of the other glass, add Dropshadow

10. Open HD_wish_you_element_70.png, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees right, sharpen, move it down to the right, add Dropshadow, open HD_wish_you_element_69.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 10 degrees right, sharpen, move it down to the right, arrange layer under the hat layer, add
Dropshadow

11. Highlight top layer, open HD_wish_you_element_24.png, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, add Dropshadow

12. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add Dropshadow of your choice, if you are using the same tube than me you maybe need something to hide the cut legs, open HD_wish_you_element_64.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, place it in front of the cut legs, add Dropshadow

Now you can write down your name and/or text, please add copyright information and save your tag as .png or .jpg! Hope you like my tut, have fun and A Happy New Year!

Tutorial "Gamer Girl"

You need: PTU Tagger Kit "Flashback" by Cora's Creations, which you can purchase at Sophisti-Scraps, a gorgeous tube and close up, I am using the artwork of Scott Blair which you can purchase at MPT and WSL_Mask84.jpg by Chelle

1. Open mask in PSP, open a new canvas 650x650px, flood fill with white, add new rasterlayer, select all, open cc-pp-04.png, copy, paste into selection, select none, layers - new masklayer - from image, load WSL_Mask84.jpg, source luminance checked, merge group, resize 105% (resize all layers not checked)

2. Open cc-bracket-02.png, resize 80%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 2/2/20/3 #000000, with the magic wand tool click into the frame, selection, modify, expand 10px, open cc-pp-11.png, copy and paste as new layer, selection, invert, press delete, don't deselect, arrange paper beneath frame layer, open cc-sparkling.png, copy and paste as new layer, move a little up, paste into selection as you wish, press delete, select none, duplicate layer, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 2/2/50/3 #389fa8 to cc-sparkling.png

3. Highlight top layer, open cc-epoxy-spill.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees right, move up to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow 2/2/20/3 #000000, arrange above group layer4. Stay on this layer, open cc-splat-02.png, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow, highlight top layer, open cc-ribbon-04.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 90 degrees left, image flip, move it down to the right, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, arrange this layer above cc-splat-02.png5. Highlight top layer, open cc-frame-02.png, resize 75%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 85 degrees right, move to the left, with the magic wand tool click outside the frame, selection, invert, selection, modify, contract 3px, open cc-pp-04.png, rotate 90 degrees right, copy and paste as new layer, fit into selection as you wish, selection, invert, press delete, don't deselect, arrange layer beneath frame layer, open your close up, copy and paste as new layer, fit into selection as you wish, press delete, select none, set the opacity of the close up to 50, add Dropshadow 2/2/20/3 #000000 to frame, highlight the paper under the close up, Effects - Texture Effects - Weave - Gap Size 1/Width 6/Opacity 10 - Colours White - Fill Gaps checked

6. Highlight top layer, open cc-beads-02.png, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, free rotate 65 degrees right, sharpen, move down to the left, add Dropshadow, open cc-love-wa.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move up to the right, add Dropshadow

7. Open cc-ribbon-01.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, move it up to the right, add Dropshadow

8. Now open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize if needed, place as you wish, add copyright information! Open paper cc-pp-04.png again, set it to background pattern (Angle 0/Scale 25), Foreground transparent and write down your name, add Dropshadow of your choice

We are done now! Save your tag as .png or .jpg! Hope you had fun! Please enjoy!
