This tutorial was written by me on 4th April 2011. It was done with PSP9 but it might work with other versions, too. This tutorial is copyrighted to me, any resemblance is purely coincidental and not intentional!
You need: "Black Swan" PTU Scrapkit by Rieka Rafita which you can purchase at Twilight Scraps, a melancholic tube, I am using the gorgeous artwork of Zindy Nielsen which you can purchase at Zindy Zone
1. Open a new transparent canvas 650x650px, open RR_GlitterStar.png, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow 1/1/20/5 #000000, open RR_Frames3.png, resize 82%, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate layer, free rotate 45 degrees left, add Dropshadow to both frames
2. Highlight top layer, open RR_Frames4.png, resize 86%, copy and paste as new layer, add Dropshadow, with magic wand tool click into the frame, selection, modify, expand 15px, open RR_Paper16.jpg, adjust, Brightness/Contrast -75/0, copy and paste as new layer, fit into selection as you wish, arrange layer, move down, selection invert, press delete, open RR_Paper1.jpg, image flip, copy and paste as new layer, press delete, set the opacity to 50, don't deselect
3. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, fit into selection as you wish, press delete, open RR_Mask2.png, resize 65%, image mirror, copy and paste as new layer, move it a little down and place as you wish, press delete, select none
4. Highlight top layer, open RR_Doodle2.png, copy and paste as new layer, move it down, duplicate layer, image mirror, image flip, merge down, add Dropshadow, open RR_Pin.png, resize 30%, copy and paste as new layer, move it up to the right corner of the frame, duplicate layer, image mirror, merge down, duplicate layer, image flip, merge down
5. Open RR_Flower2.png, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer, move it to the left and a little up, duplicate layer, move it to the right and a little down, add Dropshadow to both flowers
6. Write down your name and/or text now, add copyright information and save your tag as .png or .jpg! Please have fun, hope you like my tut ♥
